After being awarded the tender for Castile-La-Mancha, Murcia, Melilla and Aragon, Grupo Secuoya now operates in 10 autonomous communities for the news services in public bodies.
Grupo Secuoya won the tender for the development and supply of images for TVE’s (Television Española) news agency companies in the autonomous communities of Castile-La-Mancha, Murcia and Melilla through their company Wikono, and in Aragon through “Aragon Media”. These are four out of the five tender calls simultaneously made by the public body, which Grupo Sequoya bid for, Catalonia being the only bid for tender the group was left out of.
Having won the bid, Wikono and “Aragon Media” will be in charge of supplying the RTVE news broadcasting services in these communities with images and current affairs graphic information. The one-year contract covers the entirety of the public network’s needs in these geographical areas.
Meanwhile, Wikono has extended the contract for the Basque Country, Cantabria and La Rioja for an additional year. The group also operates with the same exclusive conditions for the supply of images and graphic information in Galicia, Valencia and Navarra, making Secuoya one of the benchmark suppliers for TVE. Moreover, the group is present in ten autonomous communities. TVE has once again demonstrated that it places its trust in Wikono (Grupo Secuoya), a company that is committed to its pillars: technology, service flexibility and 365 days a year of customer care.
